Focusun (shanghai) Refrigeration Equipment is founded in 2008. In fact, our activity in refrigeration technology is dated back to 2002. In 2012. Focusun(Shanghai) is authorized by Kulinder Incorporation(Germany) to deal with all business, D&M and promotion in China and granted the full right to use the brand of Kulinder, Focusun, pictures and the copyright of design &manufacture in China.

Focusun has designed and developed two ways to make the transparent block ice. One is brine way,and the other is direct refrigeration way.

1 Brine way. The capacity is from 1-10 ton. The block ice ranges from 50-135 kg. The ice forming time from 48-96 hours.

2 Direct way. In this way, the capacity is from 25 kg to 400 kg. The block ice ranges from 25-100 kg.

Compared with brine way, the direct way can produce the 100% transparent ice while the direct way has
air-blowing-away trace in block ice. But the direct way has the disadvantage of small capacity. The brine way biggest advantage is large capacity. It can reach the maximum capacity limits of milk white block ice machine.

1. Large capacity. Brine way transparent block ice is generally from 1 -10 tons.

2. Excellent crystal. Brine way transparent has crystal appearance, a excellent material for sculpture.

3 High degree of transparent. Focusun is pioneer in ice making, Focusun successfully developed the technology to blow away the air to large of degree making ice more transparent.

Processes of brine system block ice making machine:

Put the buckets with full water in the brine tank first, then through heat exchange, the water in the ice buckets freezes and turn into ice block type.

The crane will hoist a row of buckets down into the ice thaw tank full of running warm water.

Then the block ice surface thaws and gets separate from ice bucket. The blocks then slide smoothly through an aperture into the ice storage room.

The freezing cycle of ice block maker takes about 7.5 hours, about 3 harvests in 24 hrs, but based on the daily capacity.
